Is Eagle Springs completely smoke free?Smoking is strictly prohibited within or near the facility. We have residents who use oxygen tanks and it is extremely important to follow this restriction.

When was the facility built?Our facility was built in 2003 with high quality construction materials. Finishes in apartments and common areas are an obvious reflection of that.

How many bedrooms do the apartments have and what is their square footage?We have 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments. The one bedroom apartments have 739 sq ft and the two bedroom apartments have 837 sq ft.

What is included in rent?Eagle Springs housing is very affordable. Our rent include gas, heat, water, sewer and trash. Electricity is not included in the rent.
